Partner
With experience in both residential and commercial security systems, Dana Klesh offers his expertise as a true subject matter expert. Whether it’s commercial monitoring, complex fire alarm systems, or residential protection, Dana brings the total package. He typically handles time-sensitive projects that require rapid design and field deployment.
Bob Rossman
President
Bob Rossman plays an integral role on our team as a designer of commercial fire alarms and access controls. He is a licensed L-5 contractor and former president of the Connecticut Burglar and Fire Alarm Association.
Charles Colman
Partner
A twenty-year veteran to the security industry, Charlie Colman also brings 26 years of law enforcement experience to our team. Charlie works intimately with network video surveillance systems and fills a vital role in the overall design of our personalized security systems.
Michael Kay
Security, Fire & CCTV Consultant
Michael joined United Alarm back in August of 2000 and has worked in the alarm industry for over 34 years, designing both residential and commercial Security, Fire, Access control, and Camera systems specific to client’s needs. He has a broad understanding of older systems as well as current trends in the industry and the new technology available in today’s market. When not on the job he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as time out on the golf course.
Steve Kolitz
Sales Support
Steve Kolitz manages personalized security system projects for all of our residential and commercial customers. Steve offers expert security analysis to our clients, providing them with the right custom solution to meet their home or business security needs. When not at work, you can find him serving at New Milford United Methodist Church, or spending time with his family. He also can be found umpiring local baseball/softball games, or refereeing basketball.
Shannon Klesh
Purchasing and Installation Scheduler
Shannon Klesh has been part of the United Alarm team since 2012. He is a key member to the installation team. His role as Purchasing and Installation Scheduler has him procuring equipment for the jobs and scheduling the installers to make sure they meet our clients busy schedules. Shannon continually works to make sure all our projects are handled efficiently.
Mike De Giorgio
Installation Manager
Mike De Giorgio oversees the installation of our personalized security systems. A former security and counter-espionage expert for the US government, Mike has applied his expertise to the security industry since 1983. Additionally, Mike has experience as a private investigator and high voltage electrician. When he isn’t busy with work, he spends his spare time with his wife or at the shooting range.
Donna Arlands
Accounting Manager
Donna Arlands has worked in the accounting field for over 25 years.She went to Niagara University and studied Hotel and Restaurant Management.She grew up in Westchester County and now lives in New Milford. Donna is an animal lover, enjoys going to concerts, and loves spending time with her family at the lake and beach.
John Hulse
John Hulse has been in the alarm business for over a decade. When he isn’t busy working, John enjoys traveling or spending time with friends and family.
